Andre was President of InSource — an association of in-house creative managers at the time we met. Based on his support/recommendation, I became an active member. Based on his pursuasiveness, I ended up joining Andre as an InSource Board member. Andre led the group; well over the normal term, illustrating his dedication to this volunteer organization.
